A Biography of the Author (Question 23)

Chris Grabenstein is the author of Escape from Mr. Lemoncello's library. As of 2016, Grabenstein is 60 years old. He is most famous for the book just said as well as The Island of Dr. Debris. He has other books which are also brilliant written with James Patterson the series, I Funny, House of Robots and Treasure Hunters.

Chris have won all sorts of awards and write fast paced and fun page turners for kids and adults. He is also a former comedian. Chris started writing a long time ago. He and his brothers used to put up a puppet show in their basement.

When he was ten a teacher in his school told him that he would "make a living as a writer one day.". He then studied at The University of Tennessee and now he is writing amazing stories!

    Hey Celia! This is a great post. I absolutely love Chris's novels. Go Mr. Lemencello! :)
    When asked to write a short biography of a famous person, most people include rather irrelevant details but you have clearly picked out the necessary points to create an image of the person in the reader's mind. Overall, a fantastic effort but I think you could have elaborated more!
    A little question for you to think about: What is Chris up to now? (Hopefully another Lemencello novel!)

      Chris is probably writing some Lemoncello! (Very excited to read the next one!) If not, then sleeping. I will make my biography better, thank you for the comment Emilie!
