Describing Characters from Ron Weasley's Point of View (Question 17)
My thoughts on some of my fellow classmates... (Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone)
Ron's POV
I was ecstatic when I heard that Harry Potter. Yes, Harry Potter as in the boy who lived was going to be in the same year, house and school as me. Harry is very wonderful, and remarkably generous. During my train ride to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, I saw Harry Potter more of a friend than an idol. He was so modest, and big-hearted that he shared all of his candy with me. I am looking forward to this school year with Harry by my side. I think of him as my best friend.
Draco Malfoy. The name already brings me in disgust and hatred. He is so arrogant, and is such a jerk. He always talks as if he's the best in everything. His ego is probably even bigger than his good for nothing big airhead. I was quite relieved when Harry chose me instead of Draco. Although I'm not surprised. He treats everyone like garbage.
Hermione Granger. She's a smart one. Quite annoying though, and her hair is so frizzy that you would really want to straighten it out for her. I'm not very fond of this one. She's bossy and even insulted my magic skills, "It's LeviOsa, not LeviosAR." and she just can't stop speaking. I heard she's already read ALL of the books for the first year in school! Gosh, I think now I know why no one wants to be her friend.
