The two victors of the 74th Hunger Games, are yet again packing their bags and up and ready to go through the districts, to keep the fear fresh in the population of Panem.

Katniss is struggling to get through with everything. Now that Peeta clearly turned his back on her and President Snow is threatening to have Gale's life. She has already caused an old man from District 11's death.

Rebellions are starting to form, after Katniss' actions in the Hunger Games. What more can happen now?
